Sara Dybeli Hal is the absolute best! Brought in my car because the engine light was on. After inspection, Hal confirmed with Mercedes the car had an extended warranty on exactly that issue and that I should bring it to a dealership because it would be 100% covered. He could’ve easily taken the car in for repair but he graciously declined and looked after my best interest (and looked after my wallet). I can’t thank him enough! This was such an incredible way to gain my trust and I now will always be coming to Hal.

He was friendly and Mike trusted his work. I have moved 1 1/2 hours away and still bring my car to Kyle! Im thrilled that Kyle took over when Mike retired. Flotsam PR I was in a spot the day before Thanksgiving, 70 miles from home visiting family, and needed fairly major repair, new radiator. I went to shop one before they were supposed to be open and the owner was there, he gave a ride back to hotel and my car was ready by noon. Saved my holiday from being worse than just a lighter wallet, Cheers.
