5 /5 Cameron Kemske: Had an oil change, tire rotation and engine flush done. It took about 4 hours. Dropped off my vehicle at 8:30 and was able to get it towards 1. Max was the front desk associate who was very knowledgeable and helped me navigate their services and if I wanted to upgrade the current service, they had a very easy to use software that you can approve new work on your vehicle as they go through it. A little on the expensive side I feel like. Big O Tires does my oil and tire rotation for about 80 and they did oil change, and rotation for about 120 with the engine flush being an additional service. Overall great experience

They are of the highest integrity here from the products they use in the car to the service and how they regard each customer. I wouldn’t go anywhere else but here for my auto needs

5 /5 James Bowen: This is s great place to take my 2013 Genius Coupe. My Genius engine blew. GIC found me another engine. After the install there was a problem and the head needed to be reworked. It was over $3000 to fix the head problem. GIC under their warranty covered the repairs no questions asked. I have found my new place to take care of my automotive needs. The macanics are tops and Max is the best as a service representative.

Top-notch customer service from Helen and their technician Marcos notified me of problems that I had known about from a prior inspection but didn’t realize how bad they had gotten recently so I will be getting those things fixed soon and most likely by them. Max has an exceptional skill to put me at ease when it comes to the understanding the value of service I receive from their expert team. You definitely get what you pay for and I have no regrets for doing so. I consider them my go-to when I tell people “I have a guy.” (Honda Accord 2010 LX at 193k miles going strong!)
