They got us an appointment fairly shortly after turning in our new patient packet with Laura the nurse practitioner and she has been nothing but lovely and helpful. Everyone in the office is friendly and it is a clean enjoyable experience

1 /5 Jen Avara: HORRIBLE! Please read! I scheduled a check in after a 5 day hospital stay. Dr Ricky was disrespectful, unable to actively listen and disregarded my concerns. I ended up back in the ER again 3 days later. This is the second time I have met with that doctor. While waiting in the office, Dr Gill talked down to his staff. Humiliating them in front of patients. I have been a patient here for years and not one time have I been content with the service. I also feel very uncomfortable in the way patients and staff are treated in front of people. I gave 1 star because I had too. I will now go to the ER if I need to see a doctor until I can find a new primary.

1 /5 Phil Smith: I wouldnt get out of the electric chair to see these clowns. Worst "medical" experience in my life. 5 critical mistakes in first visit. Also its my last visit. Words fail me. RUN

5 /5 Sid Page: Ive really enjoyed Dr. Gill these past 3 years and I see him often. Lots of lab, EKGs, etc. without issues. Hes been very friendly and attentive in ordering diagnostics and referrals, etc. It is a very busy office and appts. can get backed up but not terribly and I really appreciate not feeling like Im being rushed out. The office staff can get beleaguered with all the activity but they have remained good natured and well intentioned through it all. If theres been a lag in service I would say its communication between the office and pharmacy and vice versa.

1 /5 Paula Friedman: Dr. Gill is an uncomunicative and unfriendly doctor. After seeing him the first time I immediately switched to one of his nurse practioners. His office has a rapid turnover of staff and is very diorganized They have lost my lab reports at least 2 or three times. This week I began calling the office on Monday to have a scheduling issue looked into. Between Monday morning and Friday afternoon I left 12 messages before my call was put through, told merely they were busy and short staffed. There is usually one or two kind and intelligent staff members, for the most part staff is ill-tempered and unfriendly. I am currently looking to move to a different practice and feel very badly for older patients who feel at the mercy of such a cold, mean-spoken doctor and his rude staff. His nurse practioner Jan Winz was wonderful; Dr. Gill bullied her right out the door. Shame on you Dr. Gill!
