5 /5 Sarah Spears: Good Guys auto was great to work with! They were very honest about what was wrong with our car, and very thorough with inspecting everything to make sure there were no other problems. They weren’t pushy about doing more than what the car was there to be serviced for, unless it was absolutely necessary. They worked with our warranty company and called twice to check in and let us know what they were waiting on, and when I got the estimate from the warranty company and replied via email to approve it, they called me to walk me through the invoice to make sure I understood everything. After the car was done, they texted twice to check in afterwards and make sure everything was running well. Great customer service, great repair work, great attention to detail. We will definitely come back!

They do a great job at communicating with you and turn your vehicle over to you quickly…they get the job done!! 5 /5 Rowena Branch: I am just relieved to find both a competent and honest car repair and tire place. I chose them based on reviews and they know how run a business. They have repeat and loyal business. When you walk into the shop, you instantly feel the positive vibe among the employees and they and professional and polite. Bottom line I have been having tire issues for 3 years. Constant balding, flats etc. they discovered the root cause and made it happen. I feel safe in my car again. I am now a loyal customer. They don’t over charge their customers. I can’t say enough good things about this place. Owners know how to hire obviously

5 /5 Jaime V: I brought my 2005 Toyota Camry with over 150k miles to Good Guys Auto Care earlier this year after discovering them on Yelp. My check engine light was on, related to a p0420 code. Ultimately, the catalytic converter needed to be replaced as well as oxygen sensors and the radiator + hoses. Pretty much the worst case scenario happened. Through it all, Chris and Moe were able to address any concerns we had and address the top priorities. Parts were ordered, installed and our car was ready to be picked up the next day or day after. After our car had been repaired, Chris followed up to ensure our vehicle was still functioning properly. To this day six months later, it is! Good as new! A side note - the Snap Finance option is a convenient method of payment for those in a pinch. If there is a need in the future, I will be sure to bring my vehicle back to Good Guys Auto Care.
