5 /5 Austin Hopiavuori: John and Isaac at Goodyear were absolutely awesome to work with. I first called them to re-secure a sagging engine splash guard and they were able to fit me in within the hour and completed the job within 15 minutes of my arrival. I then called them to get an oil change, alignment, and safety inspection for me as I was preparing for a cross-country trip. They got me in right away again, and the work went very smoothly; they even managed to replace my broken passenger-side mirror on the spot without any notice when I went to pick up my car (I had brought a new mirror assembly with me and they swapped it in under 30 minutes.) Friendly and honest guys, good prices, no-nonsense, 10/10 recommend!

5 /5 Ryan Barton: Goodyear gave me a breath of fresh air in bringing my car to the mechanic, as they gave a super fair price, explained everything thoroughly, and were extremely accommodating to my needs. Issac the mechanic fixed my exhaust and had to make adjustments because it’s an old truck, but he and John easily solved those problems without worry. If you’re in Santa Cruz and need new tires or other car maintenance I can’t recommend them enough.

5 /5 Vincent Baldwin: I have used Isaac several times now for various repairs and to get ready for smog checks. He has fair pricing and has been helpful. He has saved me money by getting parts from the junkyard. Also, if you want, you are able to provide your own parts, and he has been helpful with my questions as to which brand of parts to buy or when this is a poor idea and using OEM is the better choice. Many shops will not allow you to provide your own parts. While I do understand why and that he cannot offer the same type of warranty, I drive a 1998 vehicle with 240k miles and am operating on $20/hour pay. If there ever was a problem, I have confidence that I would be able to talk to Isaac and figure out a reasonable solution.

5 /5 Jonathan Hahn: I drove into a curb and destroyed a tire on my Tesla on Easter Sunday. I assumed Tesla mobile tire could take care of it, but surprisingly, Capitola is "out of the service area." The best I could do was get towed to a closed tire shop. (absolutely nothing was open). On Monday that shop wanted too much and over a day to replace the tire (Telsa tires are not typically found in stock). I called all over and Goodyear Santa Cruz offered to replace the tire for a very fair price that same afternoon. I went with them and they did a great job, quickly and at a very fair price. Communication was clear throughout and they did what they said. Its worth shopping around, many shops wanted over 30% more for the same job and not as fast. Thank you Goodyear Santa Cruz!
