Their service is exceptional, they are always willing and responsive when I call and most of all, when they fix my cars, they do it right. Kurt is totally up front with what needs to be done, and willing to take the time to explain why, what happened, what was replaced and even what he didnt replace because he felt the work was not necessary. I trust them implicitly and recommend them to anybody I know who has a BMW or Mercedes. Cant say enough good things about Grannys!

Out of all my years having my cars serviced here it has never been late or wrong. Price is very fair and reasonable as well. Would 100% recommend to anyone driving a Mercedes or BMW.

5 /5 Alex: This was my first time going to Granny’s Garage and definitely not the last! Carter was great, knowledgeable, and had great suggestions on the services I had done. Very fair prices on having my dct fluid, differential fluid, and rear differential bushing replaced on my 2016 Bmw M3. Granny’s had all this done in a quick timeline as quoted. The price even came out cheaper than expected in the end. Will definitely be using Granny’s Garage in the future! Thank you again Carter and your team!
