Have been bent over so many times and these guys constantly amaze me by just being decent individuals. Triple A came out told me my battery could not be taken out and I needed major work to make that happen. Stopped by Bear and for free they took the battery out that was supposedly stuck no charge??? Took em 5 minutes. AAA guy was a schmuck. Be smart, trust this business and just say yes. You will thakn yourself in the long run if you care about your ride.
