5 /5 sarah chee: Had the front part of the undercarriage of my car fall down on the Richmond Bridge on a Friday evening. No body shop was open, so I went to OReillys hoping for advice. They werent very helpful, so I asked the staff outside the GV automotive (they were closed, but they were chatting) for a suggestion on how to fix it so I could drive it to my friends house and try to fix it the next morning.
With no hesitation, the staff told me to pull my car up, and they checked it and said they could easily fix it. The guy took about 15 minutes to rescrew the thing and said it was good as new. I didnt have to postpone my trip to LA! They werent even going to charge me, but I gave him a tip.
I was so impressed with their willingness to help and their honesty, that I would absolutely return to fix something and unhesitatingly recommend them to everyone. These are good people. Thank you Noe and the staff at GV automotive for being good samaritans (and good human beings)!
