5 /5 Moo Cow: Ive been here several times for smog check. Hes all business, not very chatty. But hes fast and honest. Just had a brake and light inspection on a salvaged vehicle. As always, smooth sailing. A lot of other places will try to rip you off, threatening to fail you if you dont pay them to adjust your lights.
