1 /5 mondi Safa: I am writing to express my continued dissatisfaction with the service at Hans Auto Repair Shop. My experiences over the past year have been consistently negative, and I feel it is important to bring these issues to your attention. Approx. one year ago, i visited your shop and was met with unprofessional behavior from your manage. He was disrespectful, immature, and displayed a clear bias against foreign customers, which found deeply concerning. Despite this, I decided to give your shop another chance this morning, but unfortunately, my experience my experience was equally disappointing.
When I called, the same manager answered the phone while chewing food, which I found highly unprofessional, I shared my concerns about my BMW and need some info about what they can do to solve the issue on my car, clearly, he pushed my off and repeatedly said, "I dont know, I dont know" and he went to silent, ..... then, I inquire about speaking with someone who has hands-on experience with repairs, and I can get some answers, but he rudely informed me that is wasnt possible and then hung up on me. When i called back, he claimed we were disconnected and claimed he will call me back when he has a answers for me. But The Q? is "We did Not shared or talked about any of the issues I have with my car. He doesnt know what he should look for ... ! which means to me he wont call me back and it is not in his intention to call back.
*I believe this level of customer service is unacceptable and causing losing customers like me and bad reputations.
I strongly believe that I need to let the owner know what is happening when he is not present in his office which everything would cause the owner reputations. 08/01/2024
