She has been taking care of my dad’s leg wound, and her expertise, kindness, and dedication have made a world of difference in his healing process. From the moment she walked in, we knew we were in great hands. Jana is not only skilled and knowledgeable, but she is also incredibly compassionate. She takes the time to explain everything clearly, ensuring we understand the care plan. She is gentle and patient with my dad, making him feel comfortable and reassured during every visit. Her attention to detail and commitment to his recovery have been outstanding. Beyond her medical skills, she brings a warm and positive energy that truly brightens our day. 5 /5 Melissa Homan: Above and beyond care! Office staff was very kind when they began process explaining in detail what our family would expect with home health. Staff always called night before they planned on coming and was never late. Our physical therapist Season and nurse Jessica were respectful in our home and took great care of our Grandma. We highly recommend Healthcare California for all home health needs and definitely will request Healthcare California in the future.
