Susan Rodriguez I just want to start off by saying I will never go to another Mechanic again! Abdul is wonderful! My husbands vehicle had broken down a little over a month ago, he is normally pretty good and has always fixed it on his own. However this time he did everything he possibly could and the car would turn over but not start. We walked into East Bay Auto, very clean! He was on the phone at first then promptly asked how he could help. My husband told him the situation, and Abdul told him he was trying to leave by noon today but to have the car towed there within the hour and he would work on it for him. We did, we left the car and received a phone call with in the hour. He stated the problem and asked if we wanted him to repair the problem. I responded yes right away, and then he said "come by in 15 min. and it will be ready for you". We went back to the garage and the car was purring! We were so happy it was not as bad as we thought. He then told us he was going to his grandsons birthday party as was why he is leaving early, but he wanted to try and help us out. I truly had lost all faith in customer service and Mechanics, but Abdul has changed this for me. He is an honest, hardworking and fair priced Mechanic. you cannot ask for anything more! Thank you Abdul and East Bay Auto for your AWESOME customer service. I will recommend you to everyone!

Brooke Barkley While waiting for an oil change, I was taken to a place of my choosing to wait. Upon completion of the oil change I left the establishment and accidently dropped my wallet at the restaurant and VW fairfield was able to get ahold and notify me that I left my wallet. Big thanks to them and the member rhat found and returned my wallet!!

Jason I had trouble getting into anywhere else, I called Vince he got me in right away. He diagnose the issue within an hour And replace my coil packs within 2! Reasonable price, Honest. Im highly satisfied! Ill be bringing My vehicle back for All its needs.

Monica N Had a mobile service company (online scammers) make a new key to my Honda Pilot ignition only for them to completely break the nonfunctional key inside it destroying the housing. Long story short, estimates from all around the area were pricing the fix at $1400+. Bill fixed everything and even sourced the rekeying out to a local locksmith and it all came up to $700. He was a Godsend in a very stressful time.

Travie_D _ I came here because I needed the oil and transmission fluid changed on my 94 GMC Sierra. They worked with my schedule and got it done for me quickly and for a reasonable price. Upon picking the truck up, I was speaking with the owner about how hot it was and I mentioned the AC didn’t work that well in the truck and he told me about this machine he just bought that fully services the system. So I said sure why not and next thing you know, my AC system was bled, checked for leaks and filled with brand new refrigerant! My AC hasn’t felt this cold in 10 years!! I’m so happy I decided to come here and their honesty and good workmanship has earned a new loyal customer!

David Allon The people at Fairfield Automotive are the best. I recently had a rattle in the front right suspension of my car. After putting the car on a lift, Dave, one of the owners, called to say that his brother, his partner and chief mechanic, determined that a part they had installed last year had failed, and they would be able to replace the part under warranty and would replace the one on the opposite side at no charge as well. Amazing service. Honest, highly competent, and focused solely on customer care. Highly recommended.
