Paul took a quick look at the numbers and immediately knew what the issue was. He explained everything clearly, which really put me at ease. I left the car with him for a few hours, and before I knew it, I got the call that it was ready for pickup. In just one day, I went from failing smog to getting the necessary repairs, re-testing, and passing without any hassle. I took my car to Paul instead of the dealer for the 50,000 mile service and my car feels like it did when I bought it. So I am very happy and have had no issues and think it was a fair deal. 4 /5 Mark Piersante: The first impressions when you walk into the office is that it is a rats, nest, disaster of paper and garbage. Its the most unorganized place. I think Ive ever seen in my life. I only bring my car there, because John Ryan works there and he has worked on my cars for many years. Previously at West Bay Bavarian, but I do wonder how they can possibly do good work out my car when you cant even find your way to the front desk of the office because theres so much crap piled everywhere and I mean everywhere. So Paul, if you ever read this clean up your office, it is a are making people not their business... and thats a fact...

5 /5 Noel Isaac: I had a suspected coolant leak in my Mercedes GLC300 (A warning message kept popping up on the display console). They ran all the tests and could not find any problem. The likely cause was insufficient coolant was added during the last major service a couple of months ago. Coolant topped up and no new warning messages. No charge for this check up. Excellent customer service.
