Nickolaus DiBlasi Great quick place for light and brake verification on my custom built overland trailer. The DMV requires you to go to a certified inspection location to make sure your lights and brakes(if required) work properly when building your own overland trailer. I called them up and made an appointment for the next day. I backed the trailer in put front and in less than 30 minutes was out with the DMV paperwork. Very friendly staff. They only operate with appointment so plan accordingly.

Peter Gordon My vehicle registration notice arrived Friday in the mail and I needed a smog check. Called L&M and Colin got me initiated afternoon at 2:30. Done in 20 minutes. Great service and only $53.

Abdul Jabbar Shahnawaz ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I needed a SMOG test and after reading tons of negative reviews about nearby places—scams, upselling, overcharging—I was relieved to find Auto Mechanic Services (AMS) in Lake Forest, the only shop with consistent 5-star reviews. I called and was told no appointment needed—just first come, first served. I brought my car in and was out in 20 minutes. Nima was extremely professional, honest, and transparent throughout. I also found out they do oil changes, brake replacements, and general maintenance, so I’ll definitely be bringing all my cars here moving forward. Highly recommended!
