This time I had a problem that might have cost several hundred dollars to try to fix a simple gas cap cover issue. They gave me some self recommendations that worked with no additional cost. Thanks.

My car is 23 years old and I was worried all hope was lost to fix it. I had gotten an estimate that proved to be so very high from a place I had frequented before and spent so much money on different services. I took my car to Honest-1 Auto Care and I was treated with respect and Honesty. Not only that I was told that they would tell me what it truly needs. I am so grateful that my car was taken care of here! Also at a reasonable, affordable price! I feel like I got back a new car! It drives so well and I felt a great relief at having found Honest-1 Auto Care! That’s where I’m getting my rather elderly car serviced from now on!!

5 /5 Julian Cuyjet: I am new to Costa Mesa and was preparing for the worst this morning when my car would not start but as soon as I called this facility I was immediately put at ease. The incredible staff were beyond friendly and helpful and went out of their way to ensure I had the most positive experience possible considering the situation. And when I say they really did that, I mean it. Never have I experienced this kind of hospitality. I genuinely cannot rave about this incredible company and it’s staff enough. Recommending to literally anyone that comes to me with car trouble in the area.

There were no excuses, no delays, just a great job done quickly. After a very bad experience with the dealership, I will never go back there again, but will continue to go back to Honest-1 for my car repair needs!
