My daughter had a problem with my truck when I was away on vacation, took care of the problem and rescued her. They waited on payment until we returned. Great service, never had to return due to a item not being fixed correctly.

We own a 2002 Trailblazer with a rear latch issue. Would not unlock. John and Gary did their due diligence to find the issue. John would not be denied to find the root cause. Problem found, through John’s research found the issue.
Turns out to be a broken wires in the harness at the door hatch. Repair bill was reasonable, a lot hours spent troubleshooting. Thanks for all your efforts to find the solution. Highly recommend Howell Service Center
