Phillip Pei Drew saved me. My car died, couldn’t be jumped. Called Drew, he suspected quickly it was the alternator, and he quickly gave me a quote for replacement. His price was very fair. I called around and his price was actually better than local shops, and i wouldn’t have to pay for a tow truck or wait a few days for a shop’s availability. You can tell Drew is very reasonable and doesn’t like to do things the vehicle doesn’t need. He triple checked and ran diagnostics to make sure it was my alternator and not my battery. When he was doing the work, you can tell Drew is very confident, knows what hes doing, and has all the right tools to install and uninstall parts of the engine. He was very careful and didn’t take shortcuts. When he was done, he charged me less than he originally quoted because he got it done faster than he expected. After he was done there was an issue with the radio since the car was rebooted and drew didn’t hesitate to meet up right away again and help me take care of it. He swears a lot at the engine while he’s working on getting parts out but never loses his cool. Thank you Drew!

Jon U Its hard to find an honest mechanic, but for an out-of-town person looking for someone to fix his truck, everything that I experienced at this mechanic was excellent. We were able to get seen quickly, they fixed the problem very fast, and their prices were reasonable. I wish I could give them six stars.

They honored the warranty, had my truck done within the week (saving me $ on rental car), and did a great job.

Becky S We have been using Imports Unlimited for 20 years. They are a locally owned business and completely reliable. We recently serviced our Lexus there but also our Honda and Prius. My mother brought her Chrysler. They always explain what is going on with your car clearly and give you the options for repairing or not repairing. They make it convenient to schedule an appointment and will bring you home if you need a ride. I highly recommend their services.

Joseph Mc The only shop in town I use for all my car needs very good work Mr.Lopez and his men have great customer service and fast turn arounds with no issues and great prices. I have 3 old school cars I send to them when ever they need work he’s brought my 1986 mustang back from the dead with ease and my newer cars are well looked after in his care

Alejandro Hernandez This is definitely a nice place they dont seem to be overpriced like some other dealers However I am Getting really tired of how often I have to come see this place I purchase it 2013 Chevy truck diesel would just over a 150000 miles and I have been back here almost every few months I believe I have wasted over $7000 on a truck that supposed to be a good truck according to most peoples reduce needless to say I will never own another Chevy truck for work again it has been a money pit On a different note miss Melissa has been super really nice she is the cashier girl
