5 /5 DONNA Burton: I hit a pot hole in DTLA and it broke the oil cooler return line. I took it in on a Thursday around 2pm and it was fixed on Friday at 12 less than 24hrs. I must say that David went above and beyond to fix my car in less than 24 hrs, WOW and I didnt expect to get my car back for at least two weeks!!! Oh thats not even the best part yall!!!. What took the win/ icing on the cake is that David threw in a few extra perks as a thank you for my business!! I will never take my BMW to any other Professional! THANK YOU DAVID! MY HERO!

4 /5 melvin henderson: Terrible experience here today I dropped my car off at 9:00 a.m. I was hoping to get it before 1:00 he said it will be done it was a radiator replacement I called back at 1 he said it will be finished in a couple of hours.. didnt pick it up till 4:15 p.m. I will definitely find somewhere else to take my car I know it doesnt take 7 hours to replace a radiator. You must have to be special to get your car looked at first cuz I know they didnt even touch it till after 1:00.. they do awesome work though, my dad used to go to this place a long time ago and they gave him great service Im very unhappy about the service I got all the again they do great work and they have good prices

5 /5 Jeremy Bowditch: after a decade of going to my local Audi stealership for service Ive since only used independent shops. this is the best one yet. I took my 2008 A4 in for service, after three visits to diagnose the problem and it still persisting on the third try he sent me out with a fixed car and *no charge*!! great service great prices. Run dont walk
