The staff is extremely helpful and professional; all ASE-certified techs. They even offer a 2yr/24k-mile warranty on their work. Thanks Ken and Danny! Found an honest shop in OC with fair pricing without having to deal with the dealership markup.

F Lee Had my X5 E70 repaired here. $2000 P/L for water pump, thermostat and new battery. I was wondering how the water pump came to be $800 when all over the internet it was max at $580. But since all in = $2000, it was fair, quick and I didnt ask further. Battery was $460, Thermostat was $190.

Chunyang Wang I found this shop on Google Maps and was impressed by the reviews, so I decided to give it a shot today. Just brought my car home, and Im so impressed that I couldnt wait to write this review standing up! I reached out yesterday for a quote on replacing the front axles (both) of my trusty 2007 Toyota Camry, and Mike presented an offer I couldnt refuse. I call them this morning, dropped off my car around noon today, and within a few short hours, I got the call to pick it up! The service comes with a one-year warranty, and by the way, Mike inspected the entire car for free. From my experience, its nearly impossible to find a reasonably priced yet top-notch auto shop in the outrageously expensive Irvine, but this place is the exception! From now on, its my go-to auto shop, and Ill be recommending it to all my friends. Hey Mike, if you keep this up, I wont be surprised to see 10 branches of your shop flourishing across Orange County in a few years! PS, Ill be back to share my thoughts if my car needs a second look!

Curt Glen THE BEST!! These guys do an amazing job using quality parts all at your home or business. My wife and I have had two of our cars brakes done by them in the last year and both cars brakes work better than when new! I highly recommend them, you wont be disappointed. Thanks again Parker! Jerry Lehman I was really impressed with the professional approach they took with me for my problem. They were able to diagnosis the problem that two prior mechanics could not fix. I have a Ford transit 250 Diesel and they fixed the problem. I would recommend them for your next maintenance.

Raquel Barker I appreciate these mechanics in not raking me over the coals by insisting on unnecessary replacing parts that I was being told I needed to replace . When it only cost me like $40.00 to fix the issue my car was having... Now years later Im back here with a different car so well see what this time will bring? Fingers crossed they can work their magic again!

Patrick Lam If youre a BMW owner, do your car and yourself a favor by coming here to get your BMW serviced. The owner, John, is a standup guy and will do his very best to help you out. I just recently got a BMW 330i and I got a oil change light and vehicle check notification and he walked me through everything I needed to know about the car and its maintenance to ensure that my car would last the longest it can. You get priority support here and youre not treated like just another customer. I fully trust them with my car because I know its coming from a place of genuine care and where they wont force anything nonessential. They are experts and know what they are talking about!

Garrett Stephens I was quoted $7k by South Coast Toyota to get several things fixed on my car which they assured me were imperative. After a few months of searching for a new car, being that I didn’t want to put $7k into my current one, I figured I would get a second opinion. I selected Harbor Auto because it was nearby— I knew nothing about them before coming in. After only a few minutes on the phone, I had an appointment set same day. I returned a few hours later, and they had completed their inspection of my vehicle. They walked me underneath the car, showing me what the dealership was referring to, and told me that they were glad I came by before paying the outlandish price. Out of the laundry list of items Toyota told me I had, Harbor Auto only identified one which was immediately needed. They told me I can come in any day next week to get it repaired…. $300. Inspection free. Unfortunately, this kind of honesty and transparency doesn’t exist much in America anymore. I’m no car guy, but I am going to find every way possible to line these guys pockets! Couldn’t recommend this shop more.
