Fortunately, when I reached out on Sunday morning, I discovered that they accepted appointments that day. The representative I spoke with was friendly and confirmed that I could come in for the installation. Upon arrival, I encountered another courteous staff member who efficiently installed the wheel locks despite their busy schedule with other vehicles.
