Randy Cox The staff here went above any standard of care! I mentioned to the technician that I rarely drive my vehicle and I had recently let the battery completely run down. He stated that I needed to drive it around to reset a computer. He was so patient and instructive. After 4 attempts (with staff hooking up a device each time at no charge), it worked! I am so happy with this place and highly recommend it.

From start to finish, I was impressed with the customer service and detailed explanation of the recommended services. Adam communicated very well over the phone and in person, listened carefully, and spent time explaining things clearly and answering all my questions. Cindy Wang I came here as a referral from my friend Holly. The location is really convenient since I live 10 minutes away. There is also a Chipotle nearby so I walked to get lunch while my car was being inspected. This was my first time coming to a mechanic as I am a new driver with my first car. I was really nervous about being upsold since I literally know nothing about cars but the manager, Henry, was honest and helpful. He never tried to upsell me on service I did not need. Because he is an expert with Japanese cars, I felt safe entrusting him with my baby 2017 Red Honda Civic EX-L. I was very impressed by his knowledge and he gave me tips on how to take care of my baby and how to keep it running smoothly for up to 20+ years. The pricing was way lower than going to the dealership. The most important factor was that I felt that I could trust Henry and I will continue to go to him! I will be back. My car is running perfectly now and my MPG is so damn high, almost 36mpg now! Thanks again Henry!

Scott Delgado The biggest fear most people have when it comes to going to the mechanic is honesty. Ive lived in Santa Ana for over 2 years now, and I finally needed to find a mechanic. I checked out Autocare Express, and Im very pleased with them. Kevin is very good with communicating, and he doesnt just dismiss an issue or think he has all of the answers. I was having door lock issues, and he researched the problem online to make sure his course of action would work. After ordering a part, installing it, and fixing the issue, Kevin wanted to make sure the issue was indeed fixed and that I was satisfied. He let me have my vehicle back (without paying), so I could drive it for a couple of days and make sure things seemed to be sorted out. Finding a mechanic you can trust is one thing. Finding a mechanic who trusts YOU is a whole other thing. My vehicle is running smoothly, and Im very pleased with this place. Im glad that I can now say I have a local mechanic I trust to go to when I have issues with my vehicle. I definitely recommend this place. Parking can be a bit crazy due to the other businesses around the shop, but if you call them, they can instruct you where to park, such as in their shop. Dont let parking deter you. This place is good.
