The service was perfect and they also gave us a very good price! José and his son Henry are awesome people and I would always recommend them to everybody. I am from out of town and brought my Rv in to what I thought was a broken exhaust manifold but turned out to be something else that was a minor fix. Jack Fox was very honest about it. They could have very easily not told me and charged way more. They got me in and fixed the same day which was great since we are from out of town and were staying in the rv while in Monterey. I would highly recommend there service to anyone! They did great work and are very friendly and honest with you which is hard to find these days. Thank you Jack Fox!!!

5 /5 katrina hanselman: Henry Perez is without a doubt the nicest guy ever! He was so helpful in fixing my sons truck issue and getting him ready for his inspection for NC! My son is stationed in Monterey but his vehicle is registered in his home state! Not only did he take care of a soldier, but he took care of my son! He will never know how much he is appreciated by this mother who is 3000 miles away! God bless this young man and this fine establishment! Thank you Wendy Paris

5 /5 Lauren Howerton: I took my VW Jetta in with whole car shaking anytime I hit > 60 mph. Henry assured me my car was, in fact annoying, but driveable, not charging me some absurd price to fix something that didnt need fixing. I continued to drive her for a year (the shaking subsided) + after a few oil changes, new front brake pads & front tires from the always helpful, always affordable Henry + crew, drove her all the way from CA to VA. Cannot recommend this place enough! Not many mechanics exist like these guys!

5 /5 Danielle Ferreira: I was in Seaside, CA, visiting from Utah for my sons 20th birthday and my check engine light came on! It was 7:30p on a Saturday and we were supposed to leave early Sunday morning for San Francisco. Google wasnt showing ANY auto shops that were open in the Monterey area until Monday. I thought we were stranded, the rest of our trip ruined AND I would be out a LOT of money for whatever mechanic had me at their mercy. We dont know anyone here so my husband told us to go to OReilly Auto Parts to at least have them run a free diagnostic. We did and it was engine misfire (4 codes!). As I was standing at the counter wondering what in the world was I going to do...Henry Perez from Jack Fox Auto walked in with one of his customers to get him a new car battery. We told him my issue and he told me to follow them back to his shop so he would take a look at it! WOW, angels DO exist! So it was 7:45p, their shop closes at 9p but Henry and his dad Jose stayed until 10p to make sure our car was good for the rest of our trip, topped off all the fluids, changed the oil, filled the tires, changed the sparks plugs and took it for a test drive to be sure there were no other problems. While Henry (the son) was working on the car, we had the GREAT pleasure of hearing Joses story, found out Henry is an aspiring journalist and how much sacrifice they have all given for others and their family. At the end of the night I walked out paying less than $200 and left with a full heart! I WISH they were in UTAH, I would never go to any other mechanic again! These two TRULY exemplify the meaning of honest, hard working and angels on earth. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts Henry and Jose for caring, giving and paying it forward.
