Justin is amazing in his kindness, skill and exceptional service. My sister bought a used BMW that had a lot of issues, and Justin was there every step of the way. Herbert Gaidus I rarely leave reviews, and Vaughn doesnt really need another 5 star rating, but Ill give him one anyway. Ive been fixing my own vehicles for over 50 years since I did my first transmission swap at age 17 on a 70 Volkswagen Beetle. Basically, I could never find an honest mechanic who I trusted to do the job as well as I could, and who would charge a fair price for the effort. Finally with Auto Japan, and Oakmont Garage I dont have to pick up a wrench again, and can rest assured that the job will be done correctly. Vaughn is an expert mechanic, who wont try to upsell you on additional maintenance jobs. In fact, quite the opposite, as he has repeatedly suggested postponing some maintenance work until it was actually necessary. I found the pricing reasonable and will continue to have my 4Runner serviced at Auto Japan in the future. Highly recommended!

Ahmyiah turner I love this Auto shop and the owner is really nice and really funny (which is my uncle). I do not know how to drive yet but when I do get my license I will go Raul’s Auto Service any day, because of the great customer service and fair pricing.

Elaine Zimmerman If I could give more stars, I would. I had a fantastic experience at Santa Rosa Transmition service center. It was my first time there and I just wanted a check up for my 2012 KIA. I hadnt had it services in a while and was expecting all kinds of possible things that may have needed attention. They gave me a complete check up and there was only one small thing that needed attention. I was so relieved and so grateful that it was a minor fix and modest charge. I always worry being a gal that I may get taken to the cleaners when I know nothing about cars but it was the opposite feeling there. Highly professional and informative every step of the way. I will be bringing my car back for all services including oil changes from now on. I highly recommend them and applaud their integrity.

Donna Bailey Dale at All Around Auto is the best. He is so helpful, honest, and skilled. He fixes my car and it always runs better than ever and he takes the time to make sure there arent other problems going on. I cant say enough good things about him and Im so grateful to have found a mechanic I can trust.

He’s very fair and thorough with his evaluations, I’ve never felt taken advantage of or trying to sell me on other things. He communicates effectively and efficiently. If there’s something he cannot perform, then he recommends really good alternative shops to go to.
