5 /5 John McNabb: J & M is a very respectful and Honest Company. This shop cares about every job that they do like it was their families car. Ive watched Lex his father and Marlena do business for many years. They are very cost effective and stand up. They always put the top quality Parts in vehicles and make sure that everything is done according to each vehicles manual specs for repair. This shop is always the right place to invest your hard earned money into your vehicle.

5 /5 James Venom: Trustworthy. If I had to describe J&M Auto Repair in one word, it would be Trustworthy. Every time Ive gone to them for help, it was for something that I thought was a major issue that would put my car out of commission for good. But no matter what the issue was, the family at J&M remained calm, cool, and collected. Theyre experienced and confident in their craft, and that goes a long way toward putting my mind at ease. These guys are extremely kind, knowledgeable, and above all, honest with their rates. Ive been to several mechanics all over the Bay Area, but this is the first shop that I feel truly deserves five stars.
