5 /5 Angela Snyder: This place is great! They replaced my tail light bulb within ten minutes. I was previously quoted over $200 by a local shop, and told it would take an hour and a half to fix. Another shop in Brookings said it would take too long for them and it was too hard to get to, as I was told by yet another local shop as well. So after three frustrating attempts, the young man at Joe’s had it fixed within ten minutes and charged me $10.00! I gave him $20.00. Needless to say I will definitely be using them for any future work. Thanks so much!
