I anxiously called Menlo Atherton Auto Repair in the hopes they could help me in my time of need. With a fully booked schedule they had me come in for diagnostic and test drive. They said they would do their best to take a look at my car today. A handful of hours later I got the news. To be honest it wasnt good news, but that isnt the point. Mario explained to me his concerns, the whys and told me not to make any decisions at that moment. He suggested I should go home and think through my options and make my decision then. Sallie Dignin My experience with Chestnut Auto repair was very positive. I had initially taken my car to the dealership but ran into some problems with them honoring my third person warranty and as a result and reading the positive reviews I ended up choosing Chestnut Auto repair. I had my car towed there and they were more than helpful in working with my warranty company and me and very considerate of my situation as I was not in the best place financially yet it was important that my car get fixed. In my opinion they went the extra mile that probably most places would not have done. I appreciated how much they kept in touch with me as repairs were being made and very happy with the results. I highly recommend considering using Chestnut Auto repair as they were very easy to work with and were a very friendly and understanding staff.
