Finally called STS and they were roadside within 20 minutes and we were back on the road in just over an hour. I can’t rave enough about their service!

Lo Hernandez I will say. As a woman it’s intimidating bringing my car into a repair shop. I know absolutely nothing in this world. And, I do not intimidate easily. I was greeted promptly by a kind gentleman named Ryan. Hands down some of the best customer service I’ve seen in some time. Kind, friendly, inviting, helpful, and knowledgeable. He gave me reassurance and let me just say, his positive attitude, and kind words were encouraging. It was extremely stressful without my car and I was worried about fees and not knowing anything. Ryan was positive and I was taken care of quickly. Aj, was also so kind and helpful. I was so thrilled with the job. Thank you all for making it as painless as possible. And affordable! Rigo Had the best experience taking my car to C & M Automotive! Staff was very friendly, professional, and helpful throughout the whole process. I needed a new catalytic converter put on. I dropped my car off in the morning and it was finished hours later that same day. I HIGHLY recommend this shop for all of your auto needs/repairs.
