2 /5 mikaaa: two stars solely because they gave me antibiotics. i get frequent ear infections and had to come here at about 7:30 in the morning, but the people at the front desk told us that the doctor won’t even be there until 8. how can they advertise it as a 24 hour urgent care if there just aren’t people there to see you before certain times? they really take the “urgent” out of urgent care. even when we were the first people in there, it still took us forever to be seen. they wouldn’t let my guardian go back with me (understandable, i’m 17 so i don’t necessarily need her to go back with me) and spoke to her in a very rude manner. doctor looked at me for approximately 1 minute, didn’t even tell me what she had prescribed me and left. fast forward about an hour and we’re at the pharmacy waiting for my meds only to find out that they had BARELY sent the prescriptions over. i’ve had many other bad experiences with this place as well, but this just felt absurd.

1 /5 Jayden Perez: came in with an infected scratch they did give an antibacterial shot but they didn’t wrap his arm back up we had to ask them to they did a horrible job wrapping it up and he even had to ask them to put a gauze pad they were nice though

1 /5 Re Fi: Went here today for severe back pain. The doctor lady with the head scarf was kinda cold and rude. She asked me to show her where the pain was so I lifted my dress in the back to show her and she said no need to lift your dress " loudly and rudely and said you can just point to it. Who does an examine like that ?? She didnt look at the area for inflammation, injury, or anything. I pointed to the area and she said sciatic nerve pain. She will prescribe blah blah blah and left. She was literally in the room and out in 1- 2 mins tops. I feel better after that shot and thats the bottom line. The doctors dont have to be so rude and quick inpatient cause nobody was there. I see why nobody there. I dont think I would visit this place again. The doctors dont seem to like people of color also . Racist vibes! Her and that dude doctor

5 /5 Alina Petrosan: I came at noon on Sat during a lunch break, a new patient. Intake paperwork and getting checked in took 5 min, and I was taken in a few minutes later! The staff were pleasant, in person and on the phone (when I called with a question before coming), and the medical staff very skilled and helpful. Was able to fill the written prescription in the same building with no wait within minutes! Easily found with plentiful parking, and a spacious and comfortable waiting area.

1 /5 Patty Montesinos: This place is always a hit and miss, I have been here a few times, the doctors are literally in the room for 30 seconds no matter how busy or not they are. You are in the waiting room longer than in a back room. The people working in the pharmacy have always been such a pleasure.
