2 /5 Kimberly Hocknell: The experience started out great. They even went beyond what most auto repair shops have done. However the reason that I am giving two stars is that the places that they went beyond had nothing to do with fixing my car. Instead the places that they went beyond in is taking me to McDonalds so that I can eat while Im waiting for my car. However in the aspect of them fixing things I would love to give them one Starz. This is because they did not do what they told me they were going to do. I also was told I would receive a phone call and it has been a week and no phone call telling me how much itll cost to fix my car. Im thankful that they at least didnt charge me for it especially considering that they actually didnt do anything with my car. Hopefully you have a better experience than I did with this auto repair shop.

5 /5 Erica: My husband and I were driving from Seattle to Reno. We stopped in Yreka for gas and our water pump broke. We called this place and they said they would get us in right away since we were not locals. We ended getting a hotel for the night and they even dropped us off at the hotel so we could get our things out of the car. They said it would be done at noon, it ended up taking until about 2:30 but it wasnt a big deal. One of the mechanics picked us up from our hotel and helped load our stuff back into the car. He was very friendly and we were on our way. No issues with the car since.
