5 /5 Denisse Sanchez: LA Auto Center has great customer service and gives careful care to vehicles. I take 3 of my vehicles to LA Auto Center, they are always very thorough with inspection and care. They always call when they notice something is wrong or if my car needs something. I recently took one of my vehicles for maintenance and David was extremely helpful! I really love how they advise what your car needs and will advise on what needs priority care. They definitely have won themselves a loyal customer.

I was in a very difficult situation with my vehicle after someone crashed into it while it was parked and they completely helped me out and got me through it. Thanks guys!!! You’re the best.

Everyone in the shop is super respectful, polite, knowledgeable, and caring. Any questions that I have Sergio spends time to explain in full detail to me!! He even will explain the issue and protocol multiple times if Im still confused. I really really appreciate that, because Im just trying to learn more about my car and take proper care of it. He also is clear about all the different options that I can take!! I ordered a part online and he helped install it -- saving me about $150 overall. Super happy that I came here, and they will have a loyal customer for a long time!!
