After a glowing recommendation from a fellow senior in my community, I decided to check them out for myself. One of the first things that stood out was their convenient location, very close to our community. They also offer complimentary rides, which was a huge plus. I was able to get a ride home and wait comfortably instead of being stuck at the shop. I brought in my 2023 Camry for an oil change, and the service was top-notch. Every employee I encountered was genuinely sociable and eager to assist, making the whole process pleasant. Knowing they are also a AAA Auto Center approved facility adds another layer of trust and assurance. Based on this initial visit, Im optimistic for future services of equal quality. Laguna Woods Auto Repair has definitely earned my repeat business!

Bob took my car to the back and came out within a few minutes and showed me that the real issue was wiring that had been chewed through by rodents. The part was ordered by Jeremy, the fix was made and they completed the AAA auto checklist. The price was very reasonable. In addition, I received the AAA discount.
