1 /5 KGee F.: My wife took her car to this shop for an oil leaked. First of all they said it was because of the drain plug. They changed it and change the oil. a month or so, it was still leaking. She cameback to the shop and they said the drain plug was loose, they changed the oil because there was not enough oil from leaking and they tightened the drain plug. She cameback home and I saw the oil leaking again so my wife took it back to them and said the drain plug was loose again !!!???? Finally my wife went to another shop and found out it was the engine gasket. How come this shop cant tell?! and keep charging $125 for their mistake.

1 /5 Bob G: My family has been taking our 4 cars here for the last two years and they have done a good job up until about a week ago. They did great work and were fairly priced for the work they did. However that all changed a week ago. After taking my 2016 car in for just an oil change and tire rotation they found $2500 of work needed to do on my car. At first I thought hey it’s an older car and probably needs the work done. After shopping around briefly turns out they wanted to charge me almost $300 to change out my serpentine belt when most other places charged about $150 parts and labor to do it, that’s after not even negotiating a price. Seems like work has been getting quiet here and are now trying to upsell and have you clean, change out, unnecessary stuff just to make an extra dime out of you. 4 cars lost, that’s a lot of potential work for these guys that they are no longer going to get from my family. Steer clear of these greedy folks. This was from last week November 16, 2024. On December 10, I took my car to another shop and they said my suspension is still in good shape. Shame on these guys trying to steal $2,500 from me.

5 /5 S T: Since finding this place, I will never go anywhere else for auto service. I got my brakes done, they did an excellent job. I felt my car was in good hands the whole time, they didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need and the price was very reasonable. I highly recommend LMS Auto!!
