Joe, in particular, is an excellent communicator. He reached out later that same day to ensure everything was running smoothly after the work was completed. Justin is amazing in his kindness, skill and exceptional service. My sister bought a used BMW that had a lot of issues, and Justin was there every step of the way. Definitely going to refer this place to my other family members and friends (like my boyfriends and his familys vehicles in case they need any type of service, including my boyfriends moms car. Update: his mom died in July 2021). Plus, Art, Brian, and his staff are some of the great professionals that I trust to fix my car, even when the little things on my car that needs any fixing.

They provided me with a loaner car and had my car ready to go within 5 hours and at a very reasonable price... I have been going to Automotive Excellence for at least 7 years and have always been very happy with their service. As a woman , I feel comfortable at their business and have always been treated very kindly by the owner and knowledgeable staff. I had an experience last year where my car would not start up when I was at a gas pump after pumping gas. Called Darlene who talked me through the high stress moment. I was able to get my car to their garage and they gave me a loaner car until my car was ready. They are great I highly recommend trusting your vehicle with them.

provost michele I really like these people. They charged me less than the estimate they had given me. One of the employees noticed something on my car that was not right, and he just took a few minutes and fixed it then and there, no charge!

Jennifer Kabat The folks at Brodies are awesome. As a female, Im hesitant when going to get my car serviced, but the whole experience was pleasant. I was able to let them know what I needed without anyone trying to add on unnecessary work, they called me with a total before any work was done, and when I went in to pay, I had a coupon and they found a better coupon for me. My car runs beautifully and I will definitely return when my car needs servicing again. Thank you, Brodies!

Carly Hegle I went here because these guys are authorized installers for Tire Rack and I needed an opinion on whether to get new tires before a long road trip. They were incredibly honest and pointed out that I really didnt need them for quite a few thousand miles! They also checked my systems in my car in general to make sure it was in good shape for the trip. Amazingly, they would not let me pay them because they had done no actual work on the car. If you want an honest, caring and kind auto repair place, Local Heroes on Bodega in Petaluma is it!
