Nicholas Christianson Ive been a client of J.E.V. Auto since 2018 and there are two things that stand out about Jorge and the team. 1) They are damn good mechanics. I know they are going to fix it right and fix it well the first time. 2) Customer Service and clear communication is as important to as their ability to fix my car. R P I took my 2015 Porsche 911 turbo s to Baldwins for an oil change as their prices seemed more reasonable than other shops. They finished the oil change on time. When I got home, I noticed coolant dripping from the rear. I immediately called them as I thought it was oil. The owner immediately called me back and told me that to be safe I should not to drive the car. When I checked the coolant level was full. They arranged, at their cost, a flat bed to pick up the car. On examination (pressure test) it was determined that the coolant cap (they had checked the coolant) was likely old and not sealing well. They replaced the cap at their cost. No more leaks. I was impressed with their commitment to their custmers, honesty and highly recommend them.

N Haddad Jared was very friendly, patient, and helpful! I had my alignment previously done at another shop after saving up for new tires. The steering wheel was off just a tad, but enough to make me not comfortable while driving. He talked the issue through with me and was able to fix it!! I’m so relieved now. Thank you so much for the wonderful customer service! I’m more than certain I appeared a little crazy, because after a tech test drove it, they said it was fine. It was such a minor issue, most probably wouldn’t have noticed. I really value the great customer service, something that seems hard to find these days.

Oscar fixed me an appointment and no time and got my car out with the cheapest synthetic oil change in the area. Went to Leonardis initially and they had a 7 hour wait, and a tiny crew. Im glad I went to DNA instead. Good crew and good work Thanks yall
