The staff was extremely polite and professional. While I waited, they offered me great coffee and tea — not vending machine stuff, but actual quality drinks. The whole vibe felt more like a high-end dealership than a typical service center: clean, calm, and respectful. Highly recommend MBZ. They take care of both the car and the client.
