1 /5 ramin pouria: They charge $200 for regular service which includes oil change, tire rotation and vehicle inspection. I just needed an oil change and it was $60 in my previous Toyota service center. I’m not sure who the manager is, but this place way too much overpriced for the simplest thing they do.

Kevin is there for our cars’ needs & talk/listens for any problems u have- Thank you & to all the mechanics that do great job behind these; hard work (& we know they get good pay too ) but they least get appreciated w/ their work)

1 /5 Paulina Allende: If I could give this a zero star rating, I would. My mom took the day off of work to take the car to get serviced. I made an appointment online and wrote that we were requesting, under general service, service and tires. The only reason that we had decided to get the tires at Toyota was for convenience. We have a service plan already paid for. The service light is turned on. My mom left the car all day at Toyota service and received the car, with the maintenance light still turned on. Staff were zero help. Manager decided to leave the office early and so there was nobody to talk to. Absolute waste of a day and money down the drain. We will be asking for a refund.

2 /5 Edward Baeza: Not sure that the mechanic that serviced my vehicle completely checked all fluids and completed the rotation of my vehicle tires... without viewing service being done. my questioning is I open my hood to look and make sure all lid caps and dip sticks were in place and noticed that nothing look touched cap to Washer reservoir had undisturbed dust on the cap. or any place else on the engine area. plus I had to fill a 1/4 of the washer reservoir or more.. I could be wrong but if that wasnt checked what else did they miss.. rotation of the tires. ..??? Merced Toyota Service Department lost my Confidence..
