Katherine Ramirez Vargas These 5 stars go out to Mario and his service that went above and beyond. On my way to work my very very old but reliable Toyota Highlander lit up like a Christmas tree. I anxiously called Menlo Atherton Auto Repair in the hopes they could help me in my time of need. With a fully booked schedule they had me come in for diagnostic and test drive. They said they would do their best to take a look at my car today. A handful of hours later I got the news. To be honest it wasnt good news, but that isnt the point. Mario explained to me his concerns, the whys and told me not to make any decisions at that moment. He suggested I should go home and think through my options and make my decision then. I greatly appreciate the help he extended me in my time of need. And even more the advice to take a beat before I made any big decisions. Thank you Mario and Menlo Atherton Auto Repair!

But Rafael’s expert inspection revealed I only needed a new tire and an arm replacement – saving me time and money. Despite a packed schedule, he fit me in and went above and beyond to get my car ready quickly. He also addressed a few minor issues on the spot, adding a level of thoroughness and attention to detail that’s rare to find. Liam Dow I had a great experience working with Redwood City Auto Repair! They changed the front axles and rear wheel bearings for my Subaru Forester. Not only did they do it for a reasonable price, but had a very quick turnaround of less than 24 hours. When the work was finished, the gentleman at the front desk showed us the old parts that were taken out, the new parts in the vehicle, and he had briefly drove the car around to make sure everything was working properly. Absolutely recommend for any repair needs.

Courtney Warren I had a great experience with Toral Auto! We took our minivan to Miguel for repairs, including to replace the radiator and struts. He got the work done fast, and at a very fair price. When I picked up the car, he opened it up and showed me everything. Its been a couple weeks and so far so good! Car is running great! Miguel is friendly and easy to work with. He provided a detailed professional quote ahead of the work. The repairs are under warranty, and hes part of a network in the Bay Area so that the car can be taken to a number of places if there are any issues (I dont anticipate there will be). Note: the shop doesnt have its own customer parking, besides the garages where the work is done. Its squeezed between two other shops, so if Miguel sees you when you arrive, he may have you pull in front of the driveway--otherwise street parking is available.
