Kevin Keyser Was on the way to Grass Valley from Portland when I heard a loud pop and lost quite a bit of power in my engine. I was worried, it being a Saturday, that we would end up being stuck in Redding for a few days until the right parts and people were available. Chuy had my problems diagnosed and fixed in about an hour and a half. He also took the time to explain how and why things went wrong and what to look out for. No BS, just great customer service and quality work. As someone who was born and raised on the east coast I appreciated Chuys honesty and straightforward approach. Man Old (Dutchman) Norms honda Only. Is a great shop to bring you car to . Norm does quality work, I tried doing something on my car but just found my self digging a deeper hole. I brought my car to Norms Hondas Only he diagnosed my car , repair it , he made it look so easy.. I will no longer assume that I can do this. When Norms is there I know my car is in outstanding hands, and I dont have to worry about going down the road or on long trips. Thank you Norms Hondas Only. For doing a job well done.
