She is super knowledgeable about the latest products and trends and offers great suggestions and advice. My almost-completely-gray hair still looks naturally blonde to the outside world, thanks to Melissa! In addition to being an expert about all things hair, she is pleasure to spend time with.

Shes helped me transition from the way I wore my hair during the last 5-years to a modern look for my hair needs today. That, plus she offers great little perks while waiting for my coloring to set. Had a hard time tinting my grey haired husbands hair. But other than that, shes wonderful.
