Fortunately, when I reached out on Sunday morning, I discovered that they accepted appointments that day. The representative I spoke with was friendly and confirmed that I could come in for the installation. Upon arrival, I encountered another courteous staff member who efficiently installed the wheel locks despite their busy schedule with other vehicles. I genuinely appreciate their willingness to accommodate my request on a Sunday, demonstrating their commitment to customer service. Thank you!

Travis Haft Midas saved the day! We were driving home from camping in Yosemite when our trailer started having major issues on the freeway and on the verge of flipping. Long story short, we pulled off the freeway and luckily Midas was still open. We pulled in, they looked at the trailer quickly and assessed the shocks were blown. They allowed us to leave the trailer with them so we could continue our journey home with my family safely. While they had the trailer, communication was great, they ordered the replacement parts and performed the necessary repairs. They really helped out, great customer service so five stars all the way from me!

They are family owned and operated with no upsells and hassles like the dealership or other mainstream shops. I’m very thorough in my research, trust me. I got there when they opened and was able to get my car in right away. Karen was so kind. The price breakdown for the labor and parts is the best value compared to the dealership; especially for me being low income (i paid half of what they quoted me at nissan).
