5 /5 Nicole Truszkowski: I can’t say enough good things about Monterey Tire Service! I called them one morning about a flat run-flat tire and asked if it was even possible to repair. They were honest and straightforward—told me they operate on a first-come, first-served basis and that there were about six people ahead of me. I appreciated the transparency, so I headed over right away.
By the time I arrived, there were several men already waiting, but the staff immediately came out to check my car. Within 10 minutes, they let me know they could absolutely repair the tire—no drama, no upsell, just efficient and knowledgeable service.
This was a huge contrast to my previous experience at another tire shop in town, where I was told run-flat tires couldn’t be fixed and that I had to replace all four—at a cost of nearly $3,000. Thank goodness I trusted my instincts and went to Monterey Tire Service instead.
The manager and staff were professional, honest, and truly helpful. As a woman, its refreshing to be treated with respect and given honest service in an industry where that isn’t always the case. Highly recommend!
