Lu Sgr I went to Exclusive today for the first time, as Sanjiv comes highly. recommended, Especially with all the positive reviews! I had a check engine light which diagnosed as a bad thermostat. I did my research prior to choosing Sanjiv. I am very happy with the outcome. Samjive is kind & easy to talk to, unlike the other places who basically just want to take advantage of the situation. Very reasonable price wise & more so, ready when he said it would be! Plus my car was washed! That was a nice surprise. I will definitely go back to Sanjiv! I highly recommend him as well! Andy Lin Took my Tesla S in for some suspension issues. Nathan has been great to work with. Fair price estimated for repair. Was planning to replace some parts. On the day of repair, Nathan calls me back and says the issue was just that I needed to torque down a couple of fasteners on the control arm. Good communication and troubleshooting. Fair price estimated. Trustworthy. Nathans been great to work with and I can strongly recommend him and Electric Ave.

Michael Ehrlich I took my car to have the rear seat bottom cushion removed so that I could clean out the plastic covering shards and elastic straps that the dealer did not remove before delivery. Was helped by Trenton, the manager, who was extremely accommodating, thoughtful, and kind. The shop was immaculate, and the young fellow in the back, who handles the interiors, easily removed the seat and helped me get it back in. It was a lovely experience. Was highly impressed by their accommodating customer service and professional operation. Would not hesitate to use them in the future.

N D My experience with S&M Auto Center has been positive the 3 times I have brought me and my wifes vehicles in. Shady, the owner, is a fair and honest mechanic—something that can be hard to find these days. I had a good mechanic I used back in my hometown. I had since moved to Camarillo and then had some bad experiences with other mechanics in town. I was hesitant, but Shady was referred by a man in town. Shady was straight forward, didnt try to upsell unnecessary services or parts, and always charges a fair price. I’ve brought my car here multiple times and have always left confident that I was treated with respect and fairly. Highly recommend S&M Auto to anyone looking for trustworthy automotive service!

Brad Parsa Previously reviewed under Alignments Plus about eleven months ago. Tim, Max, Jim, and Nick are a pleasure to work with. I’ve had several alignments performed here in previous years, and they’ve always done a great job with that. This time, they helped me to make informed decisions about prepping my vehicle for sale. Had a few services done and the car drives great. They’re extremely knowledgeable and make an effort to explain things thoroughly. The final bill was consistent with the initial estimate, which is always a good thing. Will be using Conejo Precision for all future maintenances. Recommend highly with zero hesitation.

He was friendly & knowledgeable, and took me through the whole process of maintenance on my car plus other services he recommended that were needed. He set me up with a loaner car and made sure I understood its nuances (I drive a 2007 Rx 400h). A+ service!

marisa m Juan Hernandez manages and works with the best team. Unlike other places I tried in 91320 they cared and took the time and knowledge to get my vehicle running back up to par. They will communicate and show you whats going on and what needs to be done to fix your issue/s. It is a very welcoming environment and to any woman out there, this is a place you can go and feel secure knowing that they are going to work with you and not take advantage:) If youre looking for honest quality work try this place. you wont be disappointed.

Geena Geraghty I always ask for Victor Avalos when I bring my Range Rover in to get serviced. He is the best. He’s honest and efficient and I don’t trust anybody else with my vehicle! I know my car is safe when I leave it there because he is taking care of it. All the customers that come in walk straight to his desk because they know he’s the guy to go to for honest opinions and efficient service.
