Anthony Serna Great mechanic and very fair price. Came in to get my water pump replaced. Very fast fix and the guy at the front desk was very welcoming. I recommend this place to anyone who needs work done.

Javier Gonzalez Anyone looking for great quality repairs this place is it. Ive known Alex for a couple of years, hes done work on my cars in the past and always does a great job. This guy knows his stuff, super professional and honest. Ive had AC work on my car and most recently had a steering column and suspension issue and Alex found the issue right away and did the repair and came out perfect. Definitely would recommend this place to everyone.

carlos coronado From the moment I called this establishment, they were nothing but helpful. Julie is such a kind and sweet lady who helped me with every single issue that I had and there were a few. I probably had called 15 other shops and none of them wanted to help. Finally got in touch with this shop and Julie was quick, helpful and all around a pleasure. With 2 text messages and a picture we were rolling. The shop helped me with all of the insurance and took care of everything. Steven was on the insurance like white on rice and made sure things kept moving. I received calls at least twice a week to update me on what was going on and what was still needed. I was never in the dark about anything going on. I can’t recommend this place enough. Give them a call. You won’t regret it !! Thanks guys. The flex is back on the road !!

Gregory Welch Great place! Family like atmosphere. This establishment helped me save alot allot of money when a car I was going to purchase was inspected and they caught the Cats being tampered with. I have been going here for a few years now and wouldnt let anyone else work on my car. Very honest and downright good people at Universal automotive.

phillips famtv Javier is great. Number one reason to come here is honesty. Number two reason is his prices on labor and parts are the best in Bakersfield. He worked on my Audi A8 but has also done work on my sisters Acura TL and my best friends Chevy Truck. Javier are small but mighty. They got the parts and finished my air bag suspension in less than a day and it was a 1/3 of what the dealer wanted.

I contacted G.G and he serviced my car attentively, addressing any and every detail and saved me hundreds of dollars with his after hours work.
