Mireya Rodriguez Ive been living in Merced over 4 years now and this has been my church. My 2 older kids went to CCD here and the program was wonderful! My 2nd to youngest will be attending this year. The sound system is much better now and the restrooms are clean and large. Everyone in the congregation is friendly and they always have fun things for the kids on holidays like a Easter egg hunt sometimes a BBQ. I really enjoy the statues and the flowers around the church, they are so beautiful and make for beautiful pictures with your family when doing a communion or a special event. They do have a hall and a parish office. Very clean and inviting church. It does get packed on holidays. So I suggest coming a bit early if you want a seat. Today was the blessing of the children on Sunday 4/24/2022 it was so touching watching them all gather around the priest as he playfully sprinkled them with holy water. I wish my children were with me today for that. But I said a prayer for them. God grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change; courage to change the things I can; and wisdom to know the difference. Living one day at a time; enjoying one moment at a time; accepting hardships as the pathway to peace; taking, as He did, this sinful world as it is, not as I would have it; trusting that He will make all things right if I surrender to His Will; that I may be reasonably happy in this life and supremely happy with Him forever in the next. Amen

Shaina Lara Let me just say a few things about this church. First I came to this church in my teens and loved the music but I wasn’t deep in my walk and I left due to the woman and girls not wearing pants. Four years ago I tried to take my family but one of my daughters who has epilepsy covered her ears and screamed, we left and I’ve been taking my family to Yosemite church since then.I love pastor Jeff and his preaching but lately the music was hard to listen to. I was asked by my step mom to attend a Wednesday bible study, I went and remembered I’d been there before. The youth choir was singing and the moment I walked in their singing touched my soul. It was so beautiful, great beat and when it came time to listen to the word of god , I was soo sleepy , (enemy of course) but there was one sentence that got me and I’ve been going every Wednesday and Sunday since. (No more sleepiness) The people are so nice and welcoming all the people . There’s Sunday school for the kiddos and I’ve had the absolute blessings to watch four of my pre teen and teenage daughters receive the Holy Ghost. I my self many times have received the Holy Ghost. I never knew a relationship with god could be so personal and the preaching and the sermons just are so relatable every time. If it’s too much for you,well then your not ready to get Rid of the enemy living rent free in your life. Grateful and blessed
