Me being speech impaired when I first went after reading some of the reviews, I was a little hesitant cause of the area BUT man these guys know how to make you feel comfortable. John and his brother werent pushy at all or trying to upcharge me on anything. They informed me of all my problems once they were aware and I really like how they didnt give me their guesses as an answer like some places. They informed me it could be this or that but they need to do a diagnostic first, which confirmed the problem. Also, when I picked up my car Johnt kept the part so I could self examine what the problem was and he explained everything he did. My main thing is being someone with a disability and not being able to talk, they were very patient with me and I barely find that in the service industry. So thanks guys, I will be recommending and returning for future services. 2011 Ford Explorer runs great!
