He wont rip you off which is something thats very rare in the auto repair industry. Thanks for taking care of my baby. All those years and also for taking care of my son and his crappy Chevy Cruze! Who designs those things like that? I highly recommend Napa Auto work to anyone and everyone!

5 /5 Dan Castner: Autowerks quality of work is at the highest level. This incredible work is also performed at a very reasonable price. However very seldom in a review is integrity mentioned. Recently they returned my car after repairing and did not charge. They felt they could have done a better job the first time. They could have charged me, and I would have paid not knowing. This industry needs more honesty as demonstrated by Autowerks.

5 /5 Michael Wycombe: David and Andrew are just first rate in their service, honesty, and quality of work. When there are options they will provide them to you and let you decide. I have never had them do add-on work, but always advise on whats mandatory or a safety issue, and what can be deferred. After four visits to another repair shop, who kept swapping expensive parts on my BMW, they advised me that there was an extended warranty on my car, which I then took to the dealership for a warranty repair (otherwise, it would have been $8100). I always take all my cars here as my first stop.

5 /5 Kim Oshiro: Honest with great communication! My engine had flames coming out of it. I watched the dipstick melt as the fire was extinguished. I had my car towed to the shop and figured it was totaled, or would need electrical work, at best. Napa Autowerke inspected it and determined that my plastic battery cover had fallen off and melted on my manifold, which caused the fire. They charged me $100 for the inspection and cleaning and I picked it up the next day. I highly recommend this shop and have been sending friends there ever since. They have also been very pleasantly surprised by the outstanding service. Thank you!
