Finally, it really started acting crazy and NCC diagnosed and fixed the problem in less than 1 work day. They were especially patient and helpful. Friendly and even fun

5 /5 Ken Cozzens: As usual Kim did a fantastic job with the check in. The total service, including an oil change and fluid check took only about an hour. I asked the tech to check for something loose in the back end. When I asked, he told me he had adjusted the spare tire underneath. As I drove away, I realized he’d stopped the noise. Great! Good price and good service, I’ll be back.
