Lisa Ayre-Smith I can understand the frustration about folks calling, but Ive only had problems getting through during the worst of COVID. This office is very busy. Suggestions are to use the Dignity Health patient portal to message your doctors medical assistant, and to always schedule your next appointment at the time of the prior appointment. I love the support staff here and have always found them positive and helpful. They work really hard and do the best they can! These are tough times for anyone working in a medical office! Literally everyone is understaffed, overwhelmed, and overworked right now. Dr. Dickey is an amazing doctor and really listens. Hes very savvy about trialing new meds (conservative but exploratory). He is up to date on current research and treats the whole person. He works a lot with veterans and is familiar with the issues commonly facing that population. Hes relatable and hilarious and always respectful of women.

Nancy Reinhart Buenrostro While the doctors are excellent, no one answers the phone here. As a patient, I can never get through. They have a problem with their phone options circling around with no one answering and returning to the beginning. I have told the receptionist, office manager, doctors, and even called the corporate owners. They don’t care! Look at Yelp for similar reviews.

LINDA LUVSLADY Why confirm your appointments, when all they do is reschedule them after waiting for months. Doctor is always on vacation or not in. After reading reviews not happy and very concern about my medical needs being met!

Charles Xaudaro Dr Saeed is a fantastic doctor. His nurse Samantha were fantastic. The pharmacy was also very efficient, fast and friendly.

William Gohlke Visiting an emergency room in the middle of the night is not a fun experience. The staff here were very kind and thoughtful. They provided me with the care I required and made me feel secure during a difficult time. I believe the triage nurse was named Nitta or Nina and she was terrific. Thank you.

Bob Campbell Dr. Odeh did a triple bypass surgery on my on Tuesday March 23d. At my pre-op appointment Dr. Odeh took the time to explain exactly what was going to take place. On the day of my surgery he again reassured me of what we had discussed before the surgery began. Surgery was completed without any complications. During recovery Dr Odeh was there to check on me every morning and at least one other time. I highly recommend Dr Odeh without reservation. He’s a great surgeon.
