Bill is very straightforward, to the point but still amiable and highly experienced in his field; no BS. A few times Ive called to make an appointment for minor issues such as tightening belts or checking a noise and has had me swing by to check and address the issue no charge, given he has the time and its simple. as they have been for me. 5 /5 S Row: Ive been with Bill over ten years and I cant say enough great things about this shop. As a single woman its important to have a safe car. I know when my car leaves his shop it is fixed correctly, safe and the prices are always more than reasonable. A tune up at the dealer was over $900. The service from Bill is better and I know the techs have looked for other problems in my car before it goes back on the road, plus the price is more than fair. I recommend this company without any hesitation. EXCELLENT SERVICE bar none.
