5 /5 Natalie Langlo: Im so grateful for Norm for everything he does for me and my business. He maintains my fleet of cars and has been doing so for coming up on 20 years. Norm is trustworthy. I rely on him to maintain the cars and let me know when something needs to be replaced. He is honest and cares about my business as much as he cares about his own. If he doesnt do a certain type of repair he has years of experience working with other auto shops, that he will direct me to, so I feel like I am always working with the best and getting the best prices.

5 /5 Chris Decker: Norm is generational. My grampa started going to see Norm many years ago. Then it was my mom and now I go to Norm. If you are looking for a mechanic you can trust then I suggest you go see Norm. Recently, I noticed I had a radiator leak and took it to the closest place near me (mitus) and was told it would be an $1100 job. I said no thanks and got it to Norm who took a look and said no, its just a hose. Saved me a thousand dollars! I believe Norm is true to his word. Its HARD to find an honest mechanic. Thanks Norm!

Weve been going to Norm for 2 decades because he always does a good job, sensitive to the pocket book and is great about preventative maintenance. I never have to worry about bait and switch or other common tricks of the trade.

5 /5 Nicholas Tovar: I moved back to Ventura in 2008 and while I lived there for another 8 years I always took my car to Norms Auto shop and I always reccomended him to anyone that asked. He is a dilligent worker, honest businessman and genuinely enjoys helping people with their car troubles. He seems to get satisfaction from solving automotive problems and getting people up and running again, and as such it is great to see someone that enjoys their work so thoroughly. While I have taken my car to him many times, usually it is for service rather than an emergency repair, in every instance his knowledge and positive demeanor is unmatched by any other auto service Ive visited. Never once have I thought he might be over-quoting something purposely or raising the costs of parts just to supplement himself, practices I have witnessed at other auto repair businesses. In short I wished I lived closer now so that I could continue to use his services!
